Senior NDP Candidate Calls Delta “Nowhere”

At an all-candidate debate last night, senior NDP candidate David Eby let slip what the NDP really thinks about those in Delta and other communities South of the Fraser – calling the George Massey Tunnel replacement bridge “a bridge to nowhere”.

“We finally have an answer as to why the BC NDP could possibly oppose a project that improves safety and reduces commute times for Delta residents by up to 30 minutes a day,” said Today’s BC Liberals candidate Scott Hamilton. “David Eby has let it slip that the BC NDP do not care about Delta – and apparently consider it ‘nowhere’.”

While Ravi Kahlon and the BC NDP oppose a project that will improve safety, reduce commute times, and creates thousands of jobs, Scott Hamilton and Today’s BC Liberals will get this project built.
